1.Product Overview

 

PPGI, HDG, and GI zinc coated steel coils are manufactured using cold rolled steel substrates and hot dip coating technology to provide corrosion protection for construction, appliance, automotive, and industrial applications.

Available with SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, DX51D, DX53D, Q195, and Q235 base materials, the product combines formability, coating protection, and processing flexibility. It is widely used for roofing systems, wall panels, appliance components, ventilation systems, agricultural buildings, and industrial fabrication.

 

2.Technical Solution

 

The steel substrate is continuously coated with zinc or aluminum-zinc alloy through a hot dipping process. The metallic coating acts as a protective barrier against atmospheric corrosion while improving service life in outdoor and industrial environments.

Different spangle options including regular, small, big, and zero spangle allow selection based on appearance requirements and downstream painting processes.
