1．Product Overview

Wear resistant 17mm corrugated metal sheets are used for industrial and civil buildings, roofing systems, wall cladding, structural use, commercial buildings, household appliance panels, workshops, warehouses, and general construction applications.

The product is made from galvanized or color coated steel substrate and formed into corrugated steel panels. The 76mm wave width and 17mm wave height improve sheet rigidity, while the galvanized and painted surface supports corrosion resistance, appearance stability, and outdoor roofing performance.

2．Technical Solution

The corrugated steel roof sheet is produced according to JIS G3322 CGLCC, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 DX51D+AZ standards.

AZ coating from 50g/m² to 180g/m² supports corrosion resistance for roofing and building applications. The top surface uses 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer, and the back surface uses 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

PE, SMP, PVC, and PVDF painting materials can be selected according to weather exposure, surface durability, color requirement, and project environment.
