1．Product Overview

Hot dipped galvanised steel corrugated roofing sheet is used for roofing, wall cladding, construction panels, container plates, home appliance panels, industrial buildings, and general steel structure projects.

The sheet is made from galvanized or color coated steel substrate and formed into a corrugated profile. The 76mm wave width and 17mm wave height improve panel rigidity, while galvanized or pre painted surface treatment supports corrosion resistance and building appearance requirements.

2．Technical Solution

The product is manufactured according to JIS G3322 CGLCC, ASTM A792, and EN 10169 DX51D+AZ material requirements.

The top surface can use 15–20 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer. The back surface can use 5–7 micron or 7–8 micron polyester plus 5 micron primer.

GI surface can be supplied with zinc coating from 60g/m² to 275g/m² according to customer request. PPGI coating options include PVDF, HDP, SMP, PE, and PU for different weather exposure and surface performance requirements.
